A complete renovation transformed this 1930s cottage into a charming, picture-perfect space. The old tiled roof was replaced with corrugated iron, a new kitchen was installed and existing bathrooms renovated, the rebuilt living/deck area created a sun-filled, louvre-shuttered sitting area/music room, the original timber floors were sanded, stained and sealed, built-in robes were installed to bedrooms, a new brick hearth and walls were installed around the original combustion heater and all internal and external walls were repainted. The addition of a carport and landscaping completed the job.
